Wild Card is committed to producing high-quality collectible trading cards. Because trading cards are manufactured, handled, packaged, and in many cases individually hand-signed, some natural variation may occur from card to card. This policy outlines when a card may qualify for replacement due to factory-related damage or manufacturing defects.
Damage or replacement requests must be submitted within 12 months of the product’s official release date. Cards are reviewed individually; minor imperfections within normal manufacturing tolerances, cosmetic marks on protective holders, natural variation in hand-signed autographs, and damage after receipt do not qualify. Approved cards must be returned to Wild Card before a replacement is issued, and replacements are subject to availability.
